A 600+ square foot dwelling, complete with private pond, graces the entrance of the property. With three bedrooms and two baths, the guest house was designed with open spaces in mind. The floor plan allows each area to be defined without walls, giving the house the feel of a much larger space. A fireplace brings a sense of warmth in the winter while modern amenities such as a flat screen TV bring comfort year round.
